Acceptance of Terms

By registering for any program at Made 2 Move Dance Company, you agree to these terms.

Tuition

Tuition is non-refundable. Withdrawals require 30 days written notice. Costume fees are non-refundable once ordered.

Liability Waiver

Dance involves physical activity and inherent risk. By participating, you assume responsibility for any injury sustained during class or studio events.

Media Release

Photos and video taken during classes, recitals, and events may be used for studio promotion. You may opt out in writing at registration.

Code of Conduct

Made 2 Move is committed to a respectful, harassment-free environment. We reserve the right to dismiss any student, parent, or guardian whose behaviour violates this commitment.
